Our process begins with a thorough analysis and diagnosis of your bag. We identify key areas of concern—such as stubborn stains, unwanted odors, mould, or mildew—and determine the most suitable cleaning agents for each issue. This diagnostic step ensures that every treatment is perfectly tailored to the bag’s unique condition.

Next, we perform a deep cleansing of the entire bag—covering the interior, exterior, pockets, tassels, lining, handles, and all other components. Our team utilizes an array of fine, purpose-specific tools and brushes—up to 10 different brushes for various leathers and materials along with 15 all-purpose tools for hard-to-reach corners—to ensure a comprehensive clean. Every detail is attended to with precision.

We only use eco-friendly cleaning formulas that effectively remove mould and mildew while preserving the natural oils of your bag. Our specially curated cleaning agents are colour-safe, pH-safe, and gentle on all materials—whether it’s suede, nubuck, canvas, or nylon. Following the application of these agents, our experts hand-clean each luxury item with care, ensuring that the bag’s materials and shape remain intact and protected throughout the process.

After cleaning, your bag is moved to our professional industrial dryer where the temperature is carefully monitored for optimal drying. Ozone treatment is applied to sanitize the bag, eliminating 99% of harmful bacteria, and to neutralize any musty or funky odors. This step guarantees even, consistent drying while ensuring the bag is both safe and fresh.

In the final stage, we condition and moisturise your leather to keep it supple and prevent peeling, while also gently polishing metal hardware, chains, and buckles to enhance their shine. A rigorous quality check is then performed to ensure every inch of your bag meets our exacting standards. Once approved, the bag is expertly packed, polished, and prepared for collection—restored to its original luxurious state.
